The following principles and values are key to ensuring that the Alisal Vibrancy Plan is developed and implemented with equity at the center. These are adapted from the Equity Approach to Resident Engagement work of Building Healthy Communities’ Land Use Action Team and were adopted by the Technical Advisory Committee.
